Tomorrow is the 7th annual WKU Earth Day Festival!
Please join us at Centennial Mall, 11-3.30pm for the celebration!
Individuals and organizations from campus and community will be sharing their sustainability success stories, and the festival will include music by our favorite local musicians, a photography contest, local farmers and local food, and much, much more.
New this year are the WKU Recycling Collection and WKU Store Free T-shirt Trade. Bring any clean, gently worn t-shirt for the WKU Store Free T-shirt Trade and you can trade for one that is gently worn, but new to you!
The Recycling Collection will be located on Avenue of Champions between Parking Structure 1 and Bates Runner Hall: map. There will be an unloading area where volunteers will help unload your car. You are also welcome to carry your small items over to the festival. For a list of all the items that will be accepted click here. If you have any questions about an item you have, please email recycling@wku.edu.
Hope to see you there!
